Free Trial Training
Simply register for a free trial training session directly on the website. The training is individually tailored to the participants and is suitable for everyone. You can find two different types of group training in the calendar:

Personal Training
During personal training, we train in pairs. I accompany you through your training and help you with the exercises. I monitor the movement sequence to ensure that the exercises are carried out correctly. Send your request via the website or via Whatsapp to: 01745651130
Swimming/Adults
Swimming training for adults:
Individual training or small groups, participants: 2-4. Improve your swimming, refine your technique, learn to crawl or just learn to swim in general. Enquiries via the website or via Whatsapp to: 01745651130
30 Euro training
For 30 euros per month you can train twice or more per week. You can take part in all training sessions offered in the calendar.
The training package 30 can be canceled monthly. Prices and packages click and choose what suits you.
Urban Sports member
If you are an Urban Sports member, simply scan the QR code and train with Nordic Fitness. Click on the calendar to find the training that suits you best.
Group Training
The groups consist of a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 12 participants. There are two types of group training:

Endurance Training
The endurance training is a group training and takes place on the Jahnwiese (at the RheinEnergieStadion) or in the Beethovenpark in Cologne. It is a dynamic endurance and strength training, i.e. a mixture of running and whole-body strength training. The running routes are short and easy. Dates can be selected and booked in the calendar or via WhatsApp at: 0174 5651130
Swimming/Children
Swimming lessons for:
Non-swimmers. First, they train to get used to the water and master the water.
Beginners in swimming. The basic skills are trained: breathing, diving, floating, gliding and jumping.
“Seahorse children” can train for the Bronze swimming badge at TL-Coaching.

25 Euro training
For 25 euros a month you can train once a week. Search for training sessions in the calendar.

Small Groups

Circuit Training
Circuit training is a group training session in the classic or functional training style and takes place on the Jahnwiese (at the RheinEnergieStadion) or in the Beethovenpark in Cologne. The focus is entirely on strength training, in which the entire body's muscles are used in a circuit with 5-6 strength exercises. Tennis Training

15 Euro day ticket
If you want to train spontaneously because you can't schedule regular training, a day pass is ideal for you. Simply select the training session that suits you in the calendar .
