GROUP TRAINING
OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP
The group trainings takes place at Jahnwiese or in Beethovenpark in Cologne. It’s a full-body strength training session, incorporating around 5-6 different strength exercises. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, the training is individually adapted to each participant's level. The session requires a minimum of 4 participants. You can send a request, and we'll get in touch as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can create your own private group with 2-6 participants as you prefer.
PERSONAL TRAINING
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
During personal training, it’s just the two of us — working together as a team. I’ll guide you through each session, assisting with exercises and carefully monitoring your movements to ensure proper technique and that you're lifting the optimal weight for your needs. Understanding your wishes and goals is particularly important to me, so we can find the best path to achieve them together. If training gets challenging and progress goes still, we’ll explore new strategies to help you break through barriers and keep moving forward. Adjustments and changes in your training aren’t just normal — they’re essential for achieving consistent progress and lasting results.
SWIMMING TRAINING
FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS
Swim training is possible in Cologne and surrounding areas. TL-coaching offers individual one-to-one swim training - or group training. We can help improving your swimming. Swim faster, refine your technique, learn how to crawl or just learn how to swim in general. Additionally, swimming courses are also offered for children and non-swimmers. "Seahorse" badge children can also train at TL-coaching to achieve the next level, the bronze swimming badge.
About TL-Coaching
Tove Lieberz is a triathlete, marathon runner and Ironman 70.3 finisher. She is born in Stockholm, Sweden. Since 2018 she is living in Cologne where she works as a certified personal trainer.
Qualifications: Certified, state certified DSA personal trainer, bootcamp instructor (A license), sports and fitness trainer (B license), swimming coach DRSA Silver (certificate of rescue skills)
and nutritionist (B license).
