During personal training, we train in pairs. I check that the movement sequence in the exercises is error-free and that you are training with the correct load for you.
My training is suitable for everyone. If you are just starting out, I will support you and help you to do the exercises correctly. If you have been training for a while, I will cheer you on and motivate you to complete your training.
It is particularly important to me to understand your wishes and goals so that we can find a way to achieve them together. If training suddenly becomes difficult and no longer remains consistent, we will find new ways together to help you progress again.
I am not interested in personal training. I want to train in a group.
