Hey!

I am very pleased that you are here and that you are interested in outdoor sports (outdoor sports activities). The group training sessions (endurance and circuit training) are suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Both beginners and advanced athletes can take part. We ensure that the training is adapted to the participants.

The diversity of nature and the different weather conditions make the experience particularly appealing. After long days at work in the office, it is a relief for body and mind to move, breathe fresh air and boost the metabolism.

From my own experience, I can confirm that even at an advanced age, starting an active lifestyle can lead to significant positive changes. It is never too late to develop new habits and take care of your own health. I myself only started doing this seriously at the age of 39.
