What is a bootcamp?
Bootcamp circuit training is a group training that is suitable for everyone and is individually adapted to the needs of each person. Circuit training is exclusively strength training. We train for 1 hour and do around 5-6 full-body exercises.
It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner or advanced. The training is adapted to the participants. The training leads to improvements in strength, endurance, coordination, muscle building, bone strength and mental health.
